Tamytha has been looking at the world from behind a lens for more than 20 years and is rarely happier than when she is creating beautiful images. Her favorite subject has always been people. Clients often tell her that she makes being photographed surprisingly easy and fun—which is somewhat ironic considering she is an introvert herself. She approaches every person and every project with warmth, curiosity and a genuine desire to create photographs that feel both beautiful and authentic.
She photographs everything from large-scale and intimate events to weddings, portraits, headshots and commercial projects, often alongside her daughter and business partner, Celeste. The two bring different perspectives to their work, but share the same creative instincts and love of storytelling.
Tamytha holds a Master’s degree in Art History and has a long history of working within the Dallas arts community, including work with the Dallas Museum of Art and the Meadows Museum. Her background in art continues to influence the way she sees light, composition, color and the small details that can transform a photograph.
Minnesota born and South Dakota raised, Tamytha has called Texas home for many years—and considers herself thoroughly Texan at this point. Her Cameron roots also give her a deep connection to Scotland, a place she has visited more than once and where she inevitably leaves another little piece of her heart.

Away from photography, she loves fashion, travel and the outdoors and is almost always dreaming about her next adventure. She is the very proud mother of two grown daughters and grandmother to Charlie and Marion, two of her favorite people in the world. Her family also includes her partner, Bryan, his daughter Paige, and Cully, their very large and very beloved dog.
